Remember the days of my musical education,
When at first Jazz & Soul dem rule di station,
Mi parents kept it blazin from day one,
So glad that I&I come where I come from,
Coz knowledge is the power education is the key,
That’s why I&I blaze inna studio yuh see?
From day one when i was keen to learn,
The guitar entered my life and the passion burned!
Then came practice rooms and mi first group,
Punkrock to the bone, then i was hooked,
Round mi twenties i was introduced to Jah light,
Than Trojan rocked mi world, Stop the fuss and fight!

Then came the records vinyl was mi state of mind,
Came reggae parties where we pull up & rewind,
The first sound mi joined was the Ital Earfood,
We dropped some parties and they were so good,
Years later I&I formed Elephant Sound,
The hottest sound in town and I&I was called the Count,
Dropping parties monthly, and the parties grew,
Then we collaborated with the foreign systems too,
Soon come Independent Intavenshan,
Making mi life complete that was my intention,
Irie Monkey & Babylon John thanx for di chance,
When I&I come to town then we are gonna rule di dance!!!

We started out as a reggae studio project. Ozzie took the project to a live band who could play the songs live.
